Reincarnate: Antique Key Necklace

Are you ready for one of the easiest DIY necklaces?

Ta-da! All I needed to purchase, besides my lovely key, was a sterling silver chain from the craft store. Now, my new silver antique necklace has been warmly welcomed onto my jewelry rack! It's interesting,  charming, and was completely not my own original idea. I have to credit this DIY to my friend and her little daughters. I learned, on an exploration through antique shops, that each of the girls got to pick their very own  vintage key. You'd think it was cute enough to watch a two-year-old grasp her "new" key, but it's even more precious that their mother turns it into a special necklace! I just had to do the same.
